A four day journey into the secrets of four of the most sought pastas in the world.
We will introduce you to the fascinating and ancient world of Gnocchi making, an art passed through generations as early as the 17th Century.
From the simplicity of the potatoes gnocchi "Marchigiani" to the richer Semolina based Gnocchi Roman style, through the Gnocchi "Canederli", all the way to the Sardinian "Malloreddus.
We will then take you on a sweet easy Ravioli making class, where we will prepare a
delicious spinach and cream filled Ravioli in a soothing chives & butter sauce.
You will enjoy your own creation so to be able to recreate the magic of this simple recipe for your friends and family.
Pappardelle have always been a synonym of gluttony and our class will be no exception:
We will guide you into the making of one of Italy most notorious ( and decadent!) pasta dish: Pappardelle al Chinghiale. A lustful combination of perfectly filling pasta alongside one of Italy most delicious and easy to make sauce.
And, to close this pasta making little adventure we will regale each other with one of Italy wacky pastas: the Garganelli, which you will learn how to twirl the proper way and then you will marry them in a Funghi, Peas and Cream sauce.
