Happy Fall, Y'all!

It's my absolute FAVORITE time of year! Crisp mornings, warm afternoons, and mid evenings make for the perfect Tennessee season! Let's not forget... COMFORT FOODS! That makes this season all worthwhile. So we have some things we're cooking up for you!


 

LUNCH! DINNER! What does this include you ask? A delicious course of an appetizer, soup, or salad, homemade/handmade pasta by you (on Pasta Thursdays) with a homemade sauce/protein, for Saturday dinners it will be a gorgeous piece of protein with a side, a delicious homemade dessert by Chef Kris, and two glasses of wine (additional bottles of wine available for purchase). Let's not forget, this is all interactive! So why go sit somewhere and do the plain old restaurant thing when you can come to Black Diamond Culinary for an amazing cooking experience?!


Did you know that we 'rent' our space out not only for Private Events/Dinners, but also during the day for Team-Building, and Office Meetings? We can provide coffee, tea, water, cookies, snacks, appetizers, sandwiches, etc. If you're interested in having a space other than your boring conference room and want a change of scenery, contact info@blackdiamondculinary to quote your event for you. ALSO, we're the best spot for your Private Dinners/Events! Why do you ask? Well, we have the perfect, beautiful buildout for you and your guests! We provide a warm and comfortable atmosphere for you to kick back, enjoy your friends, and amazing food! Your event can be as fancy as you'd like, or as laid back as you like. You can build your menu, or we can build it for you. You can join in on the cooking experience, or sit back and enjoy your company. We do not disappoint! Now we have to let you in on a couple of changes to our group events.

  • HALF of the total invoice payment is due immediately to hold your requested calendar date/event, the remaining balance is due before or on the date of the event.

  • 20% gratuity added to groups of 10 or more beginning 10/1/21.

  • A credit card surcharge of 2.6% on the Square Dashboard fee will be applied to all invoices paid via Square.

 

Now that part is over, we are dying for you guys to come in for our Black Diamond Culinary BBQ Night! It's seriously going to be life-changing! With your dinner, you will be taking home a complimentary jar of our BDC BBQ Rub and our BDC Whiskey Peach BBQ Sauce! That Saturday (October 23rd) evening we will learn how to properly 'rub', and glaze your amazing St. Louis rack of ribs to create a tender, fall-off-the-bone oven-baked rib (not everyone has a smoker, but they'll taste as though you do!). You will have one full slab per couple (or if you're alone, that entire bad boy is all yours!), and alllllllllll of the fixings provided by us- Various deviled eggs to start, potato salad, coleslaw, baked beans, and a dessert! Let's not forget that we'll be pairing these delicious ribs with some fine wine (beer will be available)! This evening is meant for you to come in, and just enjoy your dinner with your friends or family... perhaps even a special date!

Another AMAZING class that we don't want you to miss out on, our Traditional Indian Cuisine Class! Creating the most AUTHENTIC cooking & dining experience with tremendous flavors!
