Keeping everyone safe is our 1st priority. While COVID-19 still lingers, and causes problems for some, we'd like to assure you that we are following CDC Guidelines and COVID-19 Safety Precautions are in place. Additionally, we wanted you to know that we have and use a commercial grade steam cleaner our kitchen, countertops, chairs, door handles, and anything else that might come in contact with your hands after every class at a whopping 316°F!
With that being said, we'd LOVE for everyone to be completely hands on, COVID-19 safety restrictions are preventing us from doing so. However, we will do as thorough demonstrations as possible, and allowing individual hands on for Pasta Classes (when possible) for you to bring home your own handmade pastas. Our goal is to get back to the 'normalcy' we once had, or at least somewhere close to it so that we may give you the experience you deserve! We can’t WAIT to see you all here. We will continue to keep you updated as we are made aware of any changes in the existing recommendations. Additionally, we’ll continue to communicate through our Social Media Channels to stay in touch. Feel free to reach out to us with any questions / concerns you may have – we’re here for you. Please take care of yourselves and your families, and stay safe.
We had a few glitches on our website that prevented us getting up recipes in a timely matter. DO NOT FEAR! They are being worked on, and will be up within the next day. We hope those that have had some dinner classes with us are in fact trying out the recipes that we have listed thus far. Had we known about this weather actually becoming 'weather', last week would have been the PERFECT week to try making your own gnocchi, or fillets with a special sauce. If Punxsutawney Phil was correct (which I'm beginning to think so), you might have another opportunity to make one of these dishes for your family, and/or friends. You know, impress them with your amazing cooking skills! But for the time being, let's enjoy this sunshine and hope we're in the clear from here on out!
Now introducing WINE FRIDAYS!!! If you haven't heard, you're hearing it here first! Our Wine Wednesdays have been going so well, that we thought we'd offer up another evening out, perhaps for your date night of wine, heavier beautiful appetizers/tapas, and relaxing music. If you're unable to make it out mid-week for lighter fare and wine, we now have a weekend evening for you.
If you're unsure of what our Wine evenings are about, we have in house tastings every two weeks with our distributors, we choose some wonderful wines, and Kris builds food pairings to go with our choices. We typically try to offer a variety of choices. At least a couple of reds, and a white, or reds and a rose. We will be incorporating bubbles as the weather becomes warmer and more inviting for those crisp varietals.
So the next time you want a low-key evening out with some heavy hors d'œuvres, and delicious wines, then book your evening with us. We'd love to have you, and your friends!
We are posting our March menus today, and we're going to take advantage of this last little bit of comfort food options before we switch to light Spring/Summer dinners. So be sure to book your spots before they fill up. A gentle reminder, we prefer to have a minimum of 6 per class, maximum of 16. If you would like to have your own group of friends or family for an evening out privately, please let us know in advance so we can make sure to block that evening out for your party. We do require the minimum in order for you to request this option.
Last but not least, we have some wonderful things coming up that we will be sharing with you in the coming weeks. Wine tastings some local distributors, 'Cooking for a Cause', and Children's Cooking Classes beginning the week of 7/5.
So please stay tuned to our Facebook page, Instagram, and our website for dates and more information!
We look forward to hosting you all soon!
Awesome!!!!!! 👍🏻💪🏻🙏✌🏻👏🏻❤️
