First of all... oh my gosh! If you've never had these before, you MUST make them. They go well with any type of protein as a creamy melt-in-your-mouth addition. Or, if you're like me, you'd just make them to eat them alone with a nice glass of wine! Make this dish as casual or as fancy as you'd like! Either way, it's a lovely component to your dinner!
